We Are Looking For A Bookkeeper To Join Our team!
Part-Time | Remote | 15–20 Hours Per Week
If you love clean books, solving weird financial mysteries, and helping small business owners stop panicking when they open QuickBooks... keep reading. Kane Accounting is hiring a Bookkeeper to help bring order to the chaos, support our clients well, and help our firm keep growing in a healthier, more sustainable way.
This is a part-time role with a big impact.
And fair warning: if you get deliriously happy when the numbers match, you may be our kind of person.
About Kane Accounting
Kane Accounting helps small business owners get their bookkeeping and payroll handled so they can stop guessing, stop stressing, and get back to running their business.
We are a relationship-driven business. We care about getting the numbers right, yes, but we also care about the humans behind those numbers. Our clients are real people with real businesses, real pressure, and not enough time.
We believe in doing excellent work, being kind, telling the truth, and not making things harder than they need to be.
Why This Role Matters
Wendy is in a season of intentionally building Kane Accounting to run better, smarter, and with less dependence on her being in every single detail.
That means this hire is important.
You are not coming in to “just help a little.”
You are coming in to become part of the solution.
Your work will help create more consistency for clients, more breathing room inside the business, and more space for Kane Accounting to grow the right way.
